Ambar, or “Dried Fruit Storage” is set on the second floor and served as the fruit and vegetable storage area. Carved from the Cappadocia stone famous for their thermal qualities, Mustafa’s family stored produce from the farm including rasins, apples and apricots. Ambar has a small private court entrace, French bed, shower, sitting area and original stone carvings.
